From August 7th to 10th, West Stafford Village is excited to invite you to an unforgettable weekend of fun, community, and delicious food! Kick off your weekend on Thursday with a cookery master class, perfect for culinary enthusiasts of all ages. There is a film showing for children in the afternoon and in the evening there is a movie night in the village hall. On Friday kids can unleash their creativity during the pizza masterclass. In the evening, enjoy a lively atmosphere with Bingo, a quiz, and a Fish and chip supper. On Saturday, join us for 'Butties, Banter & Ramble' to connect with fellow villagers on a scenic walk. Kids can dive into creativity at our craft club while parents relax. As the day turns to night, don’t miss our Gala dinner, featuring exquisite dining and the chance to socialize with friends. Finish off the weekend on Sunday with a cream tea and a sizzling BBQ. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the weekend. Come celebrate the heart of our community at the West Stafford Big Weekend!

* Pasta making master class,10am at the village hall. £10
* Butchery master class, 12 noon at the village hall. £15
* Kids movie club at the village hall 3pm Zootopia 2 £2.50 includes drink and popcorn
* Movie night at the village hall (refreshments available) screening 1 6pm Bridget Jones mad about the boy screening 2 8.30pm Heretic
FRIDAY
* Kids pizza making master class 11am at The Wise Man (free event)
* Bingo & Quiz night at the village hall £15 including fish & chips supper, teams of 6 max prizes for the winning team
SATURDAY
* Ramble & River walk 10am £10 Meet at the village hall for butties and coffee,
walk to the dairy house for a guided river walk and enjoy a glass of fizz on the river bank.
* Kids craft club 11am at village hall (free event)
* The big bash! £20 Gala Buffet and band at the village hall 7pm
SUNDAY
* Cream Teas at the village hall from 2pm (pay on the day)
Big weekend wind down £15 6pm BBQ and music at the Wise Man, a relaxed early evening gathering as we thank those who helped and award prizes to some of our winners.
All events are open to villagers, friends and family and must be pre booked as numbers are limited on all events.
Any profits raised over the weekend will be
donated back into our community.

Come and join us at the village summer BBQ on 30th August.
The summer BBQ will be at the village hall at 4pm. £10 for adults, £5 for children and free for under 5s. The tickets will give entry to the raffle.
West Stafford Village Hall Management Committee
We are looking for new members.
West Stafford Village Hall is a Registered Charity (301198) governed by a Board of Trustees who delegate day to day management to a Management Committee.
The Management Committee is made up of volunteers. It is responsible for the day to day running of the village hall. To cover the running costs, the Committee gets income mainly from the hiring of the hall and donations. However, to enable the facilities it provides to be updated and improved more income is needed and this is provided by the Committee’s fundraising activities.
The Management Committee meets at the village hall monthly. The Annual General Meeting is held in March and all West Stafford residents are welcome.
