Come and join us at the village summer BBQ on 30th August, 4pm at the village hall. £10 for adults and £5 for children,free for under 5s. The tickets include entry to the raffle.

There will be a working party at the village hall to trim the hedges and trees around the car park perimeter. Also on the main road boundary where the trees and shrubs overhang the road.
All helpers welcome, especially if you have your own cutting equipment!

5th December West Stafford Christmas Market
It is probably too early to talk about Christmas but the West Stafford Christmas market will be held in the village hall on 5th December 2025.
West Stafford Village Hall Management Committee
We are looking for new members.
West Stafford Village Hall is a Registered Charity (301198) governed by a Board of Trustees who delegate day to day management to a Management Committee.
The Management Committee is made up of volunteers. It is responsible for the day to day running of the village hall. To cover the running costs, the Committee gets income mainly from the hiring of the hall and donations. However, to enable the facilities it provides to be updated and improved more income is needed and this is provided by the Committee’s fundraising activities.
The Management Committee meets at the village hall monthly. The Annual General Meeting is held in March and all West Stafford residents are welcome.
