The Summer BBQ on Sunday 30th August
Enjoy your Bank Holiday Sunday
afternoon/evening with a BBQ at the Village
Hall. Yes, you don’t need to get up on Monday,
so you can indulge in BBQ food and the bar;
and if you have kids and grandkids, let them run
up and down the grassy bank until exhausted. It
will be held in the Village Hall on Sunday the
30th of August. Adults: £10, Kids: £5. To book

West Stafford Village Hall Management Committee
We are looking for new members.
West Stafford Village Hall is a Registered Charity (301198) governed by a Board of Trustees who delegate day to day management to a Management Committee.
The Management Committee is made up of volunteers. It is responsible for the day to day running of the village hall. To cover the running costs, the Committee gets income mainly from the hiring of the hall and donations. However, to enable the facilities it provides to be updated and improved more income is needed and this is provided by the Committee’s fundraising activities.
The Management Committee meets at the village hall monthly. The Annual General Meeting is held in March and all West Stafford residents are welcome.
